SUPPORT THE LIBRARY

WHY DONATE TO THE LIBRARY?

All Library services that involve the circulation of print and electronic resources are free to Library patrons, and there is no charge for a Library card. While these services are funded by State and local governments, the Library needs your individual charitable gifts, fully tax-deductible, to help us present high-interest programming, for adults and children, and to acquire all the most recent print and electronic materials. Your generosity is a lasting and far-reaching gift to your community. When you donate to the Library, you help the Library bring information and culture within everyone’s reach. The books we may have bought with your gift will be read by many. The program you may have helped to fund will be enjoyed by many. Individual gifts play an important role in the Library’s mission to be a vital element in a vibrant community.

Your support of the Public Library of Catasauqua is always most appreciated. Donations may be made by check to the Public Library of Catasauqua and mailed to 302 Bridge Street, P.O.Box 127, Catasauqua, PA 18302. For income tax purposes, every donation is personally acknowledged.

OTHER WAYS YOU CAN SUPPORT THE LIBRARY

VOLUNTEER

If you are a detail-oriented person who loves books, consider becoming a volunteer in your Library. We are always happy to talk to someone who wants to be part of the Library community.

PARTICIPATE

In addition to all the traditional library services, we offer several opportunities for you to get to know other Library patrons. Come join us for one of our meetings and see if it’s for you.

SPREAD THE WORD

Nothing counts more than the recommendation of a friend. If you have visited the Library lately and you liked what you saw – Spread the word! If Library Staff has helped you – Spread the word!

STAY SOCIAL

Be sure to check our Facebook page for the very latest on what’s going on at the Library. Don’t forget – Facebook is a two way street: We can message you and you can message us.
